Preparation

Preparation in the frying pan:
Heat the oil in the pan. Fill the pan to a maximum of half full with deep frozen product. Fry the product over a medium heat for approx. 7 minutes until a golden yellow colour, turning several times. Avoid over-frying. When preparing smaller quantities, the cooking time should be reduced.

Preparation in the deep fryer:
Fill the fryer-basket half way with deep frozen product. Deep fry for approx. 3 minutes with oil at 168 °C until a golden yellow colour.
