For the production of the Agrarfrost products we use only the best potatoes from sustainable, German cultivation. Our products thus stand for monitored quality, pure potato taste and maximum enjoyment.
Preparation in the deep fryer
Fry the deep-frozen product for approx. 4 minutes with the oil at 170 –175°C. The optimum frying time depends on how crispy and brown you prefer your product. You can then season it as required.
Preparation in the convection oven
Place the frozen product in one layer on a baking tray and bake it at approx. 200°C for approx. 20– 25 minutes until as golden and crunchy as you prefer. Turn the fries over during baking.
Preparation in the oven
Top and bottom heat: Preheat the oven to 220°C, then bake at 200°C for approx. 20- 25 minutes until as brown and crunchy as you prefer. Fan-assisted oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C, then bake at 180°C for approx. 20- 25 minutes until as brown and crunchy as you prefer. Turn the fries over during baking. The optimum baking time depends on your oven and on how brown you prefer your product. You can then season it as required.
Preparation in the frying pan
Heat the fat in the pan. Place the deep frozen product in the pan, fry over a moderate heat for approx. 7 minutes, turning several times. The optimum frying time depends how crispy and brown you prefer your product.

Put the opened packaging immediately back into the freezer. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
